List of whats included:

- Install Body Language by cheesyweesy on your Character
- Go to the PoseMe Plugin
- Disable "Restore Root" then "Import Pose from Library"
- Then look for my VAR, load the poses

- Poses dont have root saved, use anywhere
- Made for 100 Scale Default Females, shorter / taller characters will need adjustments.
